Although we assist by submitting insurance claims on your behalf, you remain ultimately responsible for any costs incurred.

4. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance in case of cancellation or reschedule. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows may incur a fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service cost.
